The St. Helen’s Woods Summer Fayre has become an annual fixture for everyone who loves and visits our woods. This year, it’s taking place on Saturday 29th June from 2-5 PM. Find us at the BBQ site. ALL WELCOME!
The fayre is not only a wonderful event for all the family, it also helps raise funds to help maintain our beautiful woods.
FEATURING: BBQ | Cake stall | SNACKS, DRINKS, TEA AND COFFEE | TOMBOLA | Bric-a-brac | Children’s entertainment | PLANT STALL | Raffle | …and more!
Volunteers and donations needed
Everyone can get involved! As you probably know, our charity is run entirely by volunteers and we are always looking for more. Could you make a cake for the cake stall, donate a great raffle prize, or something for the tombola? Could you help on a stall, help us set up the fayre, or clear up afterwards? Free tea coffee and cake for all the helpers! Please email us with any donations and/or offers of help. Join our meetings if you can help even more.
HOW TO FIND THE FAYRE
The fayre takes place at the BBQ site (marked on the map below). This can be reached via a number of entrances into the woods. The most direct route is from the main Langham Road/St. Helen’s Park Road entrance.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring change for the stalls, although we do now have a card machine for major purchases!
FURTHER INFORMATION
Please note, there are no toilet facilities in the woods.
